SZA’s debut album, “Ctrl”, was a great success, gaining several positive reviews and shoutouts.
SZA is already back on her grind planning for the next project, and she is enlisting the help of legendary producer and musician, Mark Ronson. The British producer has worked with everyone from Amy Winehouse to Wale to Solange. SZA is also going to be working with the Australian rock band, Tame Impala.
In an interview with the Los Angeles Times, SZA revealed the news and talked about her love for all genres of music.
“I isten to Stevie Nicks, said SZA to the Times. “I love classical jazz. I love folk. I love rap. I love Modest Mouse. I’m making an album with Tame Impala and Mark Ronson. When you try to label it, you remove the option for it to be limitless. It diminishes the music.”
These collaborations can create some serious fire, so we look forward to seeing what they can produce.
