It’s been nearly four years since Jay-Z dropped an album, his last being Magna Carta Holy Grail, but now he’s back with his thirteenth studio album 4:44. The album is exclusively avaliable to Tidal members and Sprint users, and there hasn’t been any word whether it’ll become avaliable on iTunes or Spotify.

As stated before, No ID produced the entire album so you know he killed every beat. ID is known for his ability to chop up samples and there’s plenty of those throughout the album. Official features on the album include Frank Ocean, Damian Marley, and his mother, Gloria Carter, but you’ll also hear some Beyonce and The Dream vocals.

Since the album dropped last night, speculations about the content of the album have been circulating. Many believe this is the album response to Beyonce’s Lemonade as HOV started up his lyrical confessions. He apparently confessed to his infidelity and apologized to his wife on the album. Aside from the heartfelt remorse, he also seems to be taking shots at Kanye West.

HOV also dropped an animated visual for his “The Story of O.J.” song which is also available on Tidal.

The album shows a very vulnerable side of HOV, but his pen game hasn’t let up at all. Stream the new album below now.
