The Bad Girls Club star who was recently accused of credit card fraud and identity theft after going on a shopping spree with a dead man’s credit card is now being accused of violating her terms of release by traveling out of state to do a club appearance in Detroit at a gentlemen’s club. Clermont has some strict set of rule to follow which include drug testing, pretrial supervision, and travel restrictions.
The reality star posted a 100,000 bail back in July, and now has hired the best of the best to keep her out of prison. Clermont will have Jeffrey Lichtman representing her in the case. Lichtman was also the attorney of El Chapo, and represented him last year during his drug case.
Unfortunately, because Shannade was present for the club appearance in Detroit, U.S Attorneys want all other travel requests restricted. She has even been denied to travel to Pennsylvania this weekend.
Clermont is set to appear in court later this month.
