This West Coast rapper’s latest release is interesting to say the least.

Tyga made his slight comeback to music over the summer when he dropped his sequel mixtape “B*tch I’m the Sh*t 2.” He didn’t stop the rollout of music there; He then followed up with yet another mixtape called “Bugatti Raww.” Now Tyga decided to switch things up on his fans and released an animated visual for his recently released single “Boss Up” off his supposed upcoming singing album.

The video, directed by Shomi Patwary, is a mix between a live-action movie, anime, and of course some romance. The animated visual shows Tyga and his love interest speeding through the city on a motorcycle following a bloddy fight with some enemies. The single also derives inspiration from Kendrick Lamar’s “ELEMENT.” as well as Tupac’s “How do U Want It.”

He dropped the video Christmas Day as a gift to his fans. The song is reportedly the first single to be released from his singing album that he’s currently working on.
