Straight out of Atlanta, Rich Homie started to blow up on the music scene in 2012. His fan base didn’t really expand out of his home town of Atlanta when he first started rapping, but following his first two mix tapes he made the Billboard Top 100 with Type of Way and Walk Thru. His feature with YG on My Hitta also made it to the Billboard Hot 100. Quan’s most popular song on the charts was Lifestyle which featured Young Thug and his solo track  Flex (Ooh, ooh, ooh) also met critical acclaim.

This new song Never Fold stays true to the Rich Homie Quan flow that we’re used to and his lyrics represent his persistence in the music game. Rich Homie sings about how he had to keep grinding and make it on his own. “Nobody gave me a chance but I believed in myself,” — the rapper even talks about how his faith played a role in his success.

Since he’s been having some issues with his independent label Think It’s A Game Entertainment there’s been a delay in him releasing new music. People think Rich Homie Quan fell off but this song is definitely a good tribute to his comeback. Check it out below!
