Love and Hip-Hop: Atlanta star and rapper Tommie Lee has reportedly been indicted on several child abuse charges.
Lee was indicted Thursday in Cobb County, Georgia, on multiple charges, including aggravated assault, child cruelty, battery, aggravated stalking and disrupting a public school, according to AJC.com. Lee allegedly shoved her daughter’s head into a metal locker and dragging her by her hair.
Lee was arrested twice in connection to the case, first for the alleged assault and again the next day when she violated a court order to stay away from her daughter.
The former reality tv star could be facing seven charges of indictment and could face up to 54 years in prison if convicted of all of them.
We know Tommie has had her run-ins with the law but, after recently being released she seemed to be turning on a new leaf towards positivity only. Tommie Lee recently announced that she was no longer apart of the Love and Hip-Hop: Atlanta cast.
“I love my old job but I no longer work with them,” she wrote on Instagram.
She also recently did a collaboration with Anthony Hamilton called, “Truth.”
We are praying for Tommie.
