The Lebron James vs Michael Jordan debate is one of the biggest debates in all of basketball. Whether it’s who scored more points in their career, who helped their team more, or who won more championships, it always gets the people talking.

Before the game Lebron tweeted out,

Can’t even front. This is going to be UNREAL!! Wow man.

He has stated in past interviews that he fell in love with the game because of Michael Jordan and wore the number because of him.

Today Lebron James passed Michael Jordan on the all-time scoring leaders, to move into 4th place. Lebron entered Wednesday’s game against the Denver Nuggets, needing just 13 points to pass Jordan. In the second quarter, Lebron scored a layup (and got fouled) to reach 33,293 career points.
