The Philadelphia Eagles defeated the Chicago Bears 18-15 in the NFC Wild Card game to advance to the divisional round. After throwing two interceptions in the first half, quarterback Nick Foles settled down and threw two touchdowns in the second half, including one to Golden Tate with :56 seconds left, helped propel the Eagles to a win.

The Chicago Bears almost pulled off the comeback following the Eagles touchdown with :56 seconds left in the game. Tarik Cohen returned the kickoff thirty five yards followed by some Mitchell Trubisky first down throws, put the Bears in field goal range at the Eagles 25 yard line. Bears kicker Cody Parkey came into the game with :10 seconds remaining to kick what would be a game winning field goal. However Parkey missed and hit the right up-right and the crossbar sealing the win for the Eagles.

The defending Super Bowl Champions will play the Saints next week in New Orleans in the divisional round.
