Three weeks ago the Cleveland Browns fired head coach Hue Jackson.

According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, the Cleveland Browns are interested in interviewing Condoleezza Rice as their next head coach.

Browns general manager John Dorsey said last week he was open to hiring a woman as the teams’s next head coach.

If the Browns interview her, she would be the first woman to interview for an NFL head coaching job.

The Browns released a statement on the report of Condoleezza Rice interviewing to be the next head coach.

Rice would later release her own statement on her Facebook page.
